This is dedicated to the memory of our friend Jerry Burger (5/30/1949-4/25/2005), who was severely wounded on his Birthday, Memorial Day, 1968, somewhere near Cholon in an ambush. He was transported to a Hospital in Japan so quickly that the only possessions he had from his tour were embedded in his chest. The purpose of this site is to share whatever is contributed with all others whose tangible memories were left behind.
